The Program is open to all current clients of Fields Accounting Firm who have an active SecureFilePro portal account. Referrals must be new clients who have not previously used any services from Fields Accounting Firm. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

You can earn a $50 referral fee for each referred client who completes and pays for any tax filing services. This includes personal tax filings, LLC filings, Form 1120, Form 1065, Form 941, and any other tax filing services offered by the firm. Additionally, you can earn a $150 referral fee for each referred client who completes and pays for business accounting packages, such as monthly or annual business cleanup services.

Referral rewards are tracked automatically through Fields Accounting Firm's accounting system. Rewards are issued only after the referred client completes their services and payment is confirmed. Payments are distributed annually in April, and you can choose to receive your reward via Zelle or Venmo, depending on your selected preference.

To submit a referral, you can either fill out the referral form available on the Fields Accounting Firm website or send a message to the accountant through the SecureFilePro messaging center in your portal account. It is important to ensure the referred client mentions your name during the signup process to guarantee proper tracking of your referral.

Referral rewards are tracked automatically by Fields Accounting Firm’s accounting system. If you notice any discrepancies in tracking or rewards, you must notify Fields Accounting Firm within 30 days of the reward distribution date to resolve the issue.

Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or services. Fields Accounting Firm reserves the right to disqualify referrals or participants if fraudulent activity is suspected. Rewards will not be issued if the referred client cancels their service or fails to make full payment.

Fields Accounting Firm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Program will be communicated to participants via email or the SecureFilePro portal messaging system.

Fields Accounting Firm is not responsible for technical errors, delays, or issues in reward tracking or payment processing caused by third-party platforms such as Zelle or Venmo. The firm's liability under this Program is limited strictly to the referral reward amounts specified above.
